IHOP ‘flips’ for Children’s Miracle Network

Pancake lovers rejoiced on Tuesday, Feb. 5 when IHOP celebrated its eighth annual National Pancake Day. Guests were given a free short stack of buttermilk pancakes and encouraged to make a donation to Children’s Miracle Network. Proceeds from seven IHOP locations in North Central Florida benefited Shands Hospital for Children at the University of Florida.

Last year’s event, the largest single-day event in the company’s history, raised more than $3 million nationally for Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals.
